Well, let me put it this way then; How many other neighborhoods have a park as big as "Tabacarie" just minutes away. What about proximity to Ovidius University campus? Or access to local beaches. Or check criminality rates throughout city of Constanta and what are you going to come up with for the safest place to be? - Tomis Nord. Regarding the area for apartments, are you aware of bigger places somewhere else in Constanta?

I was recently staying at the Bavarian Blu Hotel in Mamaia. I used the ATM machine in the hotel lobby to get cash to pay my bill. The ATM belongs to BCR Bank. The machine did not give me any cash and stated "transaction can not be completed". I called my Bank in America and they stated they are showing that I received cash. The hotel manager who witnessed that I did not get cash sent me to the BCR Bank office on Mamaia Blvd. I went there on 27 August 2009 and filled out the paperwork to report the loss. I have not heard anything from your office. My e-mail address is dennis.l.jenkins@eur.army.mil Please contact me as soon as possible. I was told that they would be able to look at the ATM that night and see the error.

cand va incepe constructia la kika constanta? termenul de finalizare este in 2010 primavara si va avea aproximativ 4000 mp, fiind mai mic decat cele ce se vor deschide in oradea si timisoara (5000 mp).

"Tomis Nord" is the most crowded quarter, no parking places, very small apartments and very noisy because of traffic. It never was "the lung of the city" and it will never be, except for the people who live there, people who still believe that they live in the most luxuriant quarter in Constanta but they actually stay in a 40 sqm 2 rooms apartament. "Tomis Nord" does not include Tabacarie Park
